Showing 2 pedigree collapse graphs at the end:
First one is a list, providing the occurrence and distance (generations) of each cases
Second one is a matrix, with all 2nd Great-Grandparents on the left (Y axis) and 6th GGP for each squares
In progress: Identifying inbreds in the pedigree through path analysis, and calculating COI (Coefficient of Inbreeding)
Prerequisites:
Duplicate ancestors in the tree, appearing more than once, must already be correctly merged (the tool won't discover anything, just display known pedigree collapse better)
Having most of your 2nd great-grandparents
Having at least some 6th great-grandparents
